From scratchExternal studio adaptation
Three products were designed from scratch, the other three are adaptations of external studio games. Before this year: 10+ more projects across the career at Game Garden.
What I own
- Concept, presentations, selling the idea to stakeholders and investors.
- Planning and budgeting at company level.
- Hiring the right people for the roles where they perform best.
- Deadlines: the project ships when it was promised.
- Priority to features that deliver significant performance gains.
- Working with external studios and partners.
Producer, May 2025 – August 2026
- Six projects launched end-to-end in the past year.
- Three internal products designed from scratch and shipped.
- Production with external game studios: their games adapted for a new platform and a new purpose.
- Running in-house and outsourced teams at once taught me to keep quality and deadlines intact when I do not control every desk.
CMO & General Producer, co-owner, 2011 – 2025
- Took titles from concept through live operations: Fairy Farm, Fairy Kingdom, Criminal Stories, Love Choice (with MGVC / My.com), Florescence.
- Owned schedules, budgets, monetization design and the marketing that scaled these games.
- Board member: product and marketing decisions of the studio.
- Grew projects through staged source rollout, creative production planning and budget management that kept cash flow positive.
I am a game designer and a marketer by background, so my production decisions are grounded in what retains players and what pays back.
