I have been making games for 15 years and I am deeply experienced in every area of game production: concept and presentations, negotiating with stakeholders and investors, planning and budgeting at company level, hiring the right people for the roles where they perform best.
I started at a small startup where survival was the daily question. That is where the data driven approach became a habit, and I still think in metrics.

Off the clock I cook, drive, write music and listen to how people are wired. Dogs are on that list too. It says nothing about my CV, and quite a lot about how I think.
